GRADUATION CEREMONY CLASS 2020 AND 2021

The Graduation Ceremony of Class 2020 and 2021 at the International Balkan University was held on 13th October 2021 at the IBU Campus in Skopje. More than 350 students from 7 faculties and 15 departments at bachelor and master studies graduated from IBU.

The honorable guest of the ceremony was the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Fatmir Bytyqi. Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, Mr. Arjanit Hoxha, Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Mr. Arafat Shabani, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Hasan Mehmet Sekizkok, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Fatos Reka, Mayor of the Municipality of Chair, Dr. Visar Ganiu, President of IBU Management Board, Mr. Ajdovan Ademoski, Rector of IBU, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Dursun Erdem, members of the IBU Management Board, members of the ÜSKÜP Foundation, rectors of universities, representatives of governmental and non-governmental institutions, business sector, media, academic society, and graduates’ families attended the Ceremony.

The Best Student of Generation for Class 2020 is SHEJNUR SUMA, the Best student of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Psychology, with a GPA of 10.00. She received her diploma and plaque of excellence from the Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Dursun Erdem and Management Board President Mr. Ademoski.

The Best Student of Generation for Class 2021 is BESIANA KASTRATI, the Best student of the Faculty of Education, Department of English Language Teaching with a GPA of 10.00. She received her diploma and plaque of excellence from the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Fatmir Bytyqi, who congratulated her for the outstandingly successful academic performance during her studies.

The ceremony ended with the traditional ‘flying caps’ moment and fireworks for an unforgettable and remarkable night at IBU.
